The ISNTREE Green Tea Fresh Toner contains Jeju green tea extract and anti-sebum ingredients that soothe the skin and regulate the skin's sebum production. The slightly brownish colour owes the toner to the high proportion of green tea extract of 80%. The tea used grows on the Korean island of Jeju, whose soil is particularly rich in minerals due to the volcanic rock.
