• অর্ডার কনফার্ম হলে, কাস্টমারকে ফোন/মেসেজের মাধ্যমে জানানো হবে।

• ঢাকার ভিতরে ৬০ টাকা, ঢাকার বাইরে ৮০ টাকা ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য।

• ডেলিভারির সময় সাধারণত ২-৫ কর্মদিবস।

4️⃣ রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতি

• প্রোডাক্ট ত্রুটিযুক্ত হলে ডেলিভারির ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে জানাতে হবে।

• ব্যবহৃত, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, বা ট্যাগ খোলা পণ্য ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।

• রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া ৭-১০ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন হবে।

5️⃣ প্রাইভেসি নীতি

• আমরা আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য গোপন রাখার প্রতিশ্রুতি দিচ্ছি।
