Refunds Policy

1.A Issuance of Refunds
A customer is eligible for a refund if they report an issue such as non-delivery, full or partial return of an order within 1 to 5 working days of receiving or ordering the product/service.

Once your returned product is received, it will undergo a quality check (QC). The expected refund processing time is 1 to 10 working days. The total time required depends on the refund method you selected. The refund process begins once havingmart processes your refund according to the selected type. The refund amount includes the item price and shipping fee for the returned product.

1.B Refund Types

havingmart will process your refund according to the following types:

• Refund from Returns:
  Refund is processed once the item is returned to the warehouse and QC is successfully completed.
  To learn how to return an item, refer to our Return Policy.

• Refund from Cancelled Orders:
  Refund is automatically initiated once the cancellation is successfully processed.

1.C Refund Timeline by Payment Method

Note:

• Refund timelines exclude weekends and public holidays.

• Voucher discount codes can only be applied once.

• Any remaining amount will not be refunded or carried over to the next purchase, even if the order value is less than the voucher value.

১.এ ফেরত প্রদান (Issuance of Refunds)
গ্রাহক তখন ফেরতের জন্য যোগ্য হবেন যখন তিনি পণ্য/পরিষেবা গ্রহণ বা অর্ডার করার ১ থেকে ৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে নন-ডেলিভারি, সম্পূর্ণ বা আংশিক রিটার্ন সম্পর্কিত সমস্যার আবেদন করবেন।

আপনার ফেরতকৃত পণ্য পাওয়ার পর তা গুণমান পরীক্ষার (QC) মাধ্যমে যাচাই করা হবে। প্রত্যাশিত ফেরত প্রক্রিয়াকরণের সময়কাল ১ থেকে ১০ কার্যদিবস। ফেরতের সম্পূর্ণ সময় আপনার নির্বাচিত রিফান্ড পদ্ধতির ওপর নির্ভর করবে। ফেরত প্রক্রিয়াটি শুরু হয় যখন havingmart আপনার রিফান্ড ধরন অনুযায়ী প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন করে। ফেরতের পরিমাণে আইটেমের মূল্য এবং ফেরতকৃত পণ্যের শিপিং চার্জ অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকে।

১.বি রিফান্ডের ধরন (Refund Types)

havingmart আপনার রিফান্ড নিম্নলিখিত ধরন অনুযায়ী প্রক্রিয়াকরণ করবে:

• রিটার্ন থেকে ফেরত:
  আপনার আইটেম গুদামে ফেরত গেলে এবং QC সম্পন্ন হলে ফেরত প্রক্রিয়া করা হয়।
  একটি আইটেম কিভাবে ফেরত দিতে হয় তা জানতে আমাদের রিটার্ন নীতি দেখুন।

• বাতিল অর্ডার থেকে ফেরত:
  অর্ডার বাতিল সফলভাবে প্রক্রিয়া হলে ফেরত স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে শুরু হবে।

১.সি রিফান্ড সময়সূচী (Refund Timeline by Payment Method)

বিঃদ্রঃ

• রিফান্ড টাইমলাইনে সাপ্তাহিক ছুটি এবং সরকারি ছুটির দিন বাদ দেওয়া হয়।

• ভাউচার ডিসকাউন্ট কোড শুধুমাত্র একবার প্রয়োগযোগ্য।

• অর্ডারের মূল্য ভাউচারের মূল্যের চেয়ে কম হলেও অবশিষ্ট অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে না বা পরবর্তী কেনাকাটার জন্য ব্যবহার করা যাবে না
