How to use:
Apply generously 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply:
after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating
immediately after towel drying
at least every 2 hours

Apply sunscreen 15 minutes before going out, and reapply every 2 hours, as well as after sweating, swimming or towel drying.Apply enough sunscreen to cover all skin that clothing will not cover. Don't forget to apply to the tops of your feet, your neck, your ears and the top of your head.
